Union FC is the sixth officially announced team for the 2021 First Flight League season. They join previously announced clubs: Lazers SC, FC United, Atletico Olanchano FC, Goldsboro Strike Eagles FC, and Bragg FC. More Clubs will be officially announced in the coming days and weeks.
About Union FC
Bryan Ramoutar is Owner and Head Coach of Union Futbol Club. A native of Trinidad & Tobago, Ramoutar was a former professional player in Venezuela, Colombia, and Trinidad who also had trials and stints for several clubs both in South America and Europe throughout his career.
Ramoutar is a long-time coach and currently holds a FIFA Youth Coach's Certificate and English FA 'Level 2&3’ Coaching License, TTFA A Badge, among others.
Union Futbol Club Owner and Head Coach Bryan Ramoutar said, "Joining the FFL will not only provide our senior players the opportunity to play in a league which is thoughtfully designed to enhance the game here in the U.S., but to also provide a true sense of competitiveness and professionalism similar to Union FC's intent. We're reaching out to the grass-root communities and areas other leagues simply do not, giving everyone here a true chance of participation and providing more opportunities for the players who may never be seen or considered for national team selection or even participate at the international club level."
Union Youth Futbol Club currently features several competitive circuit teams for boys and girls around Charlotte/Monroe, N.C., and the surrounding areas.
The club welcomes all soccer players and is hosting open tryouts beginning on January 9th and continuing every Saturday until the end of the month from 10:15am-11:45am at Chestnut Square Park (320 Chestnut Parkway Indian Trail, NC 28079), and soon will announce its upcoming game schedule.

We work with individuals, groups, clinics, and camps, and have off-season tournaments and tours. About First Flight League
The FFL will launch their inaugural season in Spring 2021 and includes teams across the state of North Carolina. FFL is a non-profit competitive adult developmental league with a focus on providing a club-first support network. Each club is individually owned and operated and is required to meet and maintain minimum standards.
FFL clubs are all eligible to participate in the U.S. Open Cup Qualifying Rounds and the Carolinas Cup through the leagues affiliation with the North Carolina Adult Soccer Association (NCASA) and U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF).
